The attentiveness of the staff. The bed was not very comfortable. A little too hard

Great staff. The Internet site says it’s the best western. I kept looking for the best Western and didn’t find it. It took me a while to find a hotel

The staff were friendly and helpful, making the dogs feel special, and overall the service was good. I couldn’t find any real complaints, though a waffle maker would have been nice.

Everything nearby was convenient, but I could hear people walking above and other noises, which was a bit annoying.
