“Unhelpful staff and unmet room requests made travelling with our eight-week-old baby unnecessarily stressful.”

We were thrilled by the central spot, right next to everything we needed. However, the experience was very disappointing, especially with our eight‑week‑old baby. The staff refused to accommodate our early check‑in request, even though we explained we'd be traveling for 24 hours with the baby. We also asked for adjoining rooms because that was the main reason we chose the hotel, but ended up on separate floors. Whenever we needed help with baby‑related matters, the staff seemed helpless. They finally gave us a fridge and kettle, neither of which were in the room, but the overall lack of support made the stay far more stressful than it should have been.

“Fantastic location in centre of Soho!”

The location and room were great; the 24th‑floor corner room offered 180‑degree views that were amazing! The staff were really helpful when I asked to extend check‑out because I was unwell. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. On the downside, the room had limited facilities: no robes, slippers, or fridge. You can request a kettle and mugs, coffee, or tea.
