The property sits right in the immediate hilly area of Santa Marinella, offering a pleasant view and a very appreciated peace. It’s a building especially cared for in detail, both outside and inside, where you can see the abundance of comforts combined with high taste in furnishings. The venue has an outdoor covered parking lot equipped with a charging station for electric cars, and that’s just one of the little perks the whole place offers guests. A meticulously kept lawn area also hosts a small pool. Access to the property is protected by an electric gate that ensures safety. Michele, the owner, showed great friendliness, hospitality, and cooperation, pointing out the most interesting places in the area and checking daily on our needs and well‑being. We were truly sorry to have only a short stay. Nothing else. The accommodation was optimal.

Beautiful property, lots of greenery, pool with a view, spacious rooms and great breakfast. The kitchen is well equipped. Very close to everything even though it’s tucked into the hills.
