The Underhill Resort&Spa is a small hotel complex with a SPA near Ivano‑Frankivsk. We rented a two‑bedroom loft on the third floor, which has no balcony but a small window above the bed that lets you see the stars at night—a nice romantic touch. The lighting was adequate, and the room includes a bathroom with all the essentials, a large table, a fairly big TV (it might have been better mounted on the wall, but that’s not critical), two chair‑puffs, a standard double bed with two side tables, a compact sofa that can seat two average‑sized people, a large wardrobe by the door, and a safe with a keypad. We spent most of our time by the outdoor pool (the weather was wonderful, and the pool temperature was kept at 26 °C) and in the SPA, which has a hydro‑massage pool that comfortably fits 6–8 people, a Finnish sauna with a large panoramic window overlooking the pool, a cold bath, a small hammam, a separate room with a large thermos of herbal tea, and a cooler with cold and hot water. The SPA is small but very pleasant. The ability to sunbathe and swim outside doubled the enjoyment of the spa treatments. The SPA and pool are open until 20:00. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When we checked in, the room wasn’t cleaned yet, so the reception ladies quickly smoothed things over and offered us two glasses of prosecco. The complex has a nicely set up, small restaurant. I especially want to mention the breakfast, which is included in the room rate. It’s a buffet with a wide selection of vegetarian and meat dishes, all very tasty, including sweet desserts. You can start the day with a cup of good coffee or a glass of prosecco. There’s a large parking lot near the complex. Overall, we’re very satisfied with the stay. The only small issues were that the room wasn’t ready when we arrived, but the staff handled it well and we headed straight to the SPA. We might have liked a bit more toiletries in the bathroom, but everything else was fine. The room is small, so we kept the window slightly open to avoid stuffiness. These are minor details that didn’t affect the great experience at Underhill Resort&Spa.

The room was clean and spacious, the hygiene supplies had an amazing scent, and the kitchen was just 🔥🔥🔥. Thanks for the hospitality! 🫶

The rooms are quite roomy and well‑equipped, but the breakfast options were limited and the restaurant menu was also small. The walls are thin, so it was hard to sleep with all the people partying downstairs. The staff is just okay, nothing special.
