The hotel was simple, very quiet and spotless, with a warm welcome; dinner offered a hearty meal at a low price, and breakfast could be requested on demand; overall a nice experience, perfect for those who value simplicity; we made a stopover there and enjoyed it.

The spot was well‑situated, very quiet, and the hosts were welcoming. The little pool was appreciated during the heat. Unfortunately there was no air‑conditioning during the heatwave, which was unlucky for us. The meals were average but handy when we didn’t want to drive out at night.

“Nous n’y reviendrons pas.”

The reception and food were okay, but the bedding was uncomfortable, the room and bathroom were outdated, there was a strong chlorine smell, and the place wasn’t clean.

Parking was easy to find. The staff were attentive and helpful, and the place was quiet. It got very hot, so sleeping was a real hassle. There were no windows, just a door without a mosquito net that opened onto a patio full of cats. We knew it would be a problem to sleep with the door half open and let in mosquitoes or cats. Even though we were aware, it would have been nice to have a jar of soap in the bathroom.
