There was no breakfast, and even coffee was missing; the lobby was absent, the room was dusty, the floor wasn’t cleaned properly, and there was a lot of dirt under the bed. Better cleaning and at least coffee would help.

The staff were very nice, friendly, and welcoming, and the AC in our room worked well while the water was hot with good pressure. Unfortunately, the hotel was very outdated and looked nothing like the pictures online; the whole building smelled bad and our room had a strong cigarette odor. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, more like a pull‑out sofa bed, and the pillows were flat and stank. The refrigerator was dirty and didn’t keep our items cool, and the microwave was old and rusted, making the overall condition and cleanliness of the property very disappointing.

The room was clean and comfy, and Ms Savanna, Ms Hope, and Mr John were professional, patient, business‑focused, and down to earth; as long as one of the three is present, I’ll return.

The room was comfortable and quiet, but the new receptionist was extremely disrespectful and rude, lied about availability, ignored me when she answered the phone, and I won’t stay here again.
