The hotel scores high on value, with an excellent breakfast, great restaurant, and outstanding staff service, yet the apartment facing the avenue is noisy from street traffic during the night.
The bed was comfy, the cleaning was spot‑on, and breakfast still turned out great. I ran into trouble with the TV during my second‑to‑last stay, having to ask a staff member to turn it on, and the cable channels kept failing.
The bathroom sink was leaking and flooded the floor with even the slightest use; a cloth was tied around the pipe.

The staff are great, but on the first day the shampoo refill was empty, I stayed for three nights and the breakfast variety declined over the days, and the parking fee is the same for cars and motorcycles.
The restaurant offered a limited menu but the food was solid. I did have to pay for parking.
