“Es war ein kurzer, aber angenehmer Aufenthalt.”
The staff were very friendly and nice, the location was good, and parking was available. There was nothing to criticize.
The location is excellent, close to bus stops and the metro, and near the old town. There’s a shop and café nearby, a good breakfast, a pool, sauna, and gym. The room lacked water; even in the lobby the water in pitchers was removed at night. There was no kettle or coffee machine in the room, and to reach the gym you have to walk outside. The pillows were very uncomfortable and half‑empty.

The hotel is our first choice whenever we return to Nuremberg, from the staff to the breakfast which was truly excellent. Even though the hotel was full, everyone was very attentive and helpful. At breakfast everything was refilled immediately, we were seated in the bar and the staff there also took great care of us. Thank you very much for this wonderful stay; I think this genuine humanity deserves to be highlighted among so many guests.

“Superfijne overnachting!”
Super hotel, ideaal voor onze doorreis naar Oostenrijk. Er was wel een laadpaal voor onze elektrische auto, maar die bleek niet te werken. Personeel was wel heel behulpzaam, maar daar laden we de auto niet mee op :-)
