“Good value for the cost”

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were kind, and hot water was readily available. The bathroom door was problematic; the shower needs a door or cover to keep water from splashing out.

“Not as expected.”

I never expected a clean room; I found dirt and shoes under the bed, and the soap was expired in 2021. The old bed had fleas, so I had to bring my own blanket. The 6‑star rating on this app was misleading.

They claimed the hotel was 0.3 miles from Zimbabwe Newtown bus rank, but it’s actually 7 km away. The bed linen was dirty and brown.

This place is a real gem. The atmosphere is super peaceful, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They really go out of their way to make sure you feel at home.
