The staff are meticulous, all very welcoming, and the surrounding nature is simply magical. Hugo is very cheerful and friendly, Annie cooks delicious food, also very cheerful, Ventura is kind in the dining area, Raúl is friendly and makes amazing margaritas 🍹. Thanks to everyone for being so attentive 🤗

The connection with nature, the stone bear, the food, the chance to disconnect from the world, and the very kind staff were all positives, but the bathroom curtain looked a bit worn and faded.
