I had a terrible experience with this hotel, as I booked and paid for my room, but when I arrived at midnight, they informed me that they didn't have a room available, despite my booking confirmation. This left me scrambling to find another hotel at 1 AM, and it's now been two weeks since I'm still waiting for a refund. The whole ordeal was frustrating and disappointing.

My check-in experience at this hotel was a disaster, as I paid my booking amount well in advance, but when I arrived at 1 AM, I was told that my booking had been cancelled, despite no prior notification. The management was also unaware that I had already paid, which led to a lengthy argument before they finally offered me a room. The whole ordeal was frustrating and stressful.
