The staff are incredibly kind and caring, dedicated to making guests feel comfortable and safe. There is nothing to complain about.

“If you have kids do not go here and if you have to cancel a reservation, make sure that they give you your refund”

I was initially pleased that the Front Desk was attentive and showed me my room, so I decided to use it just for a shower before my kids and I left, thinking it wasn’t a safe place. The Front Desk informed me that my reservation was canceled and that I would only be charged for that night, and they returned my security deposit after checking the room. I was satisfied until I discovered they actually charged me for the full three days and had not responded to any of my messages. I was upset about being lied to about my reservation and rate, and I ended up running to Lucky Star Casino hotels, which is absolutely unacceptable.

“Never again”

The stay was okay, but there were roaches, no towels, and the TV only had two channels.
