“Vintage à bannir !!!!!”

I was told I’d get a room with an extra charge because I hit level 3 on my booking, but when I arrived I ended up with a windowless room, which is ridiculous. The front desk was awful; the staff member was rude and kept playing video games instead of helping me. Even after I asked for a windowed room, he reluctantly moved to fix it.

The location is convenient and the check‑in time is flexible. However, when I dropped my luggage at the front desk to retrieve it later, the shift change meant the staff didn’t hand it over. When I asked someone to pick it up, the employee opened my bag to inspect it, which was annoying because they didn’t confirm my belongings properly.
