“Bad service”

I was impressed by how clean the place was, but they didn’t give me breakfast even though I paid for it; I left hungry and my request was ignored.

The staff were very accommodating, the place was clean and tidy, and it’s a beautiful modern hotel. Breakfast gets boring after a few days because it’s the same stuff. Even dinner had a nice menu, but items were missing from what you ordered. I ordered a veg wrap, the menu listed soya strips but all I got was salad, caprese salad, normal dry slices of mozzarella cheese with slices of tomato, basil pesto and dressing, and no crusty bread as promised. The grilled chicken and T‑bone steak were overdone and couldn’t cut, so I had to use my hands to eat, and the gnocchi was so hard. The rooms were clean, but the shower wasn’t cleaned during our stay, only the toilet and wash basin were cleaned. Towels, tea, sugar and water were forgotten, so I had to ask the cleaners. It’s a great hotel, they just need to sort out the small issues. It’s also close to restaurants and a supermarket.

“I had an enjoyable time”

The location was quiet and not far from the airport and stores, and there was nothing really wrong.
