The hotel is close to downtown, and the front‑desk couple was very friendly and helped fix the double charge on my card. However, the place was filthy, especially the bathroom, and paying $570 for two nights in such a dirty room is far too expensive—this room should cost no more than $70 a night, and even then I’d expect it cleaner. I noticed the duplicate charge the next morning via my banking app, but the front‑desk couple resolved it nicely.

The breakfast was lacking. The lady at the front desk smelled like an ashtray. Everything else was unsatisfactory.
