“Nunca se hospeden aquí”

I didn’t get any good thing out of it; it was a waste of money. The company was dishonest and very disorganized when arranging tours, and they didn’t tell me they had no tour guides until I arrived at their location. They also refuse refunds under any circumstances.

The place was beautiful and relaxing, the staff were great, and the food and drinks were delicious. The AC in our room didn’t work properly, and when we asked for a fan we didn’t receive one.

“Beautiful location and great pool/beach”

The hotel sits in a beautiful, secluded spot on the gulf, just a 5‑minute drive from the ferry crossing. The rooms are spacious with excellent beds, and the grounds are large with a nice pool. We spent time on the private beach, at the pool, and in the open‑air restaurant. The staff were helpful and everything functioned smoothly. We did have to watch out for mosquitoes, more than at other Costa Rican locations we visited.
