Everything Was Just Awesome

The only thing worth mentioning is the location. The upkeep was awful; the first room we got was dusty, so they moved us to room 612. Both the shower and washbasin had water‑logging problems— the basin was fixed but the shower wasn’t, even though they claimed it was. The key holder was absent, leaving all lights and AC on when we left the room. The foot mat was extremely shabby. At breakfast we saw leftover items on the floor from the previous day, which shouldn’t have been there. One dining table was supported with white paper because a screw was missing. Overall, the lack of detail and cleanliness was insulting to the ITC brand.

The staff were friendly, the food amazing, the bar nicely designed and accessible, and the place was clean and had a great vibe—an excellent, affordable spot in the city.
