The scenery is beautiful and the resort’s design blends with nature. The staff were enthusiastic, but there were not enough of them. I booked a family bungalow with 2 double rooms, 2 double beds, shown on the app at 2.97 million đ/night. When I arrived, the staff directed us to a cheaper gym room instead of the room we had booked. After I raised the issue, they switched us to a single room with 2 double beds, but it still wasn’t the 2‑room bungalow I paid for. When I complained at dinner, the staff apologized for a double booking, but I wasn’t satisfied. Breakfast, which was included, was awful. The VAT invoice for food and stay was delayed and hasn’t been issued yet.
