Pousada Piano Piano

The staff at the lodge were wonderful; we were greeted by Samir and received excellent service. We arrived early, and because the room was already ready, we were allowed to check in ahead of schedule, and when we left they were very flexible, letting us stay until 14:00 which gave us extra time to explore the city without rushing, not to mention the musical and instrumental details that made the lodge beautifully decorated. I definitely recommend it and plan to return.

“Problemas com piscina.”

Piano Piano Lodge is flawless. Employees are very attentive, the breakfast is excellent with quick refills and the tables are always clean. The bedding and bathroom items are new and spotless. The bed and pillows are comfortable, the shower is great, and all the spaces are very tidy as well. The décor is, without doubt, a highlight for music lovers! The location is ideal, far from nighttime noise. A perfect spot to rest and enjoy the best the city has to offer.

“Um fim de semana bem agradável”

Booked online, checked in right away, and the front desk was super quick to get me into my room. The bed and sheets felt nice, the bathroom was roomy with instant hot water (watch out for burns!), and the breakfast spread was plenty and tasty. It’s close to the city center but on a hill, so a bit of a climb. All in all, a pleasant weekend with no complaints.

The breakfast selection was solid, and the afternoon tea service kept coffee, chocolate, and cappuccino flowing all day. Cleanliness was on point and the staff were attentive. Everything lived up to what I expected.
