“Location great, room large with comfy bed.”

The location is very good, the large room has a comfortable bed and a full‑size fridge, the restaurant offers excellent lunch and dinner with good menu choices. Everything else was fine.

“It was a convenient stop over on our way to somewhere better.”

The location was convenient and picturesque. The room was very basic, especially for over $200 a night – there was only one wine glass, which isn’t much use when two people are staying. The receptionist left at 5 pm, leaving you with little help. Half the shower curtain was missing, and there was no plug for the bathroom basin, making a wet shave difficult for a man. Insects were present both inside and outside the room, a real entomologist’s dream.

“Enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning”

The cabin accommodation was great, the landscaped gardens were beautiful, the on‑site restaurant served excellent quality food at reasonable prices, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was no communication from the staff, such as a reply to my text.

The luxury room and pool were great, the Club was yummy, but the bed was a little hard.
