Absolutely everything. Very good facilities. Good breakfast and in the center. As a hospitality worker, they should improve parking allocation and ensure a spot for those who already have a vehicle parked; if you leave for a walk and come back to a full parking lot, you’re left without a place. With an Excel sheet they could solve this.

The kindness of all the staff, the charm of the place, the cleanliness of the room, the very white towels (impeccable), with a “clean smell” everything. Everything excellent.

“Sin duda volvería”

Close to the bus terminal, the beach, the supermarket, pharmacies, the square, crafts, and many restaurants; everything needed for a comfortable trip is within a 10‑minute walk. The staff is very attentive and makes sure the stay is as comfortable as possible.

“Buen alojamiento en Pucón”

The staff were very attentive and kind, ready to meet any request, and the hotel’s spot was perfect for walking around downtown Pucón, set in a quiet residential area. I would suggest rotating the breakfast menu, though we had the same options on each of the three mornings we were there.
