The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help and chat. Breakfast was tasty and there was a convenient shuttle bus. The drying room wasn’t very hot.

The place was brand‑new and spotless, and the staff were super friendly and helpful, but there were no hangers in the bathroom.

“If I’m ever back in Niseko, I won’t be staying anywhere else.”

The beds were warm, supportive, and cozy, with windows open. Rooms were quiet, and there was a lift to the second floor. Every staff member offered exceptional hospitality! The main bedroom doors let in a bit of noise, but all guests were respectful and we didn’t get woken up.

“Great Option for Niseko”

The breakfast offered a great variety, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the shuttle bus to Hirafu ran in the mornings, though the property could use another washing machine and dryer.

“We enjoyed our stay as it was quiet and comfortable”

We appreciated how clean, quiet, and comfortable the hotel was, and the staff were lovely; however, we arrived after hours, the check‑in details hadn’t been left at the desk as promised, and it was stressful until a staff member not on shift finally helped us. Large lockers downstairs kept our gear safe and let us hang wet clothes to dry. They offered one free shuttle in the mornings, but after a day on the slopes we walked back, which took about 20 minutes. The rooms are very small, a fact I’d heard about Japan in general, and the breakfast was very basic; you had to be there right before it started to get anything.
