Stay was just okay, but the staff attitude really brought it down. Had some issues and it felt like they weren't interested in helping - just a bunch of "sorry, can't do anything" responses. For instance, AC wasn't working and I had to call reception three times at night, only to get annoyed responses about why I was calling so much. Ended up getting a new room, but the initial reaction was pretty off-putting.
