Nothing good. The hotel claims to be in Nathia Gali but actually sits in Kudla, about 15 km away – very misleading. Noise from traffic, motorcycles, trucks and vans made it impossible to sleep. The room was tiny, the bathroom was in bad shape, the flush and commode were broken, and there was no tea or hot water in the room. Service was poor; staff weren’t readily available and there was no intercom or phone to reach reception. Overall a pathetic, frustrating stay. I wouldn’t recommend it, especially if you want a peaceful, comfortable stay in Nathia Gali.

Convenient location and parking, rooms are spacious with satisfactory facilities and cooperative staff. The dining area needs improvement, especially more privacy for ladies. Right‑hand rooms get noise from neighboring families/children until 12 am; that should be fixed.

The hotel was poorly set up, the staff were unhelpful, the facilities were lacking, the place was dirty, and the charges were steep.
