The place matched the photos, was small but very functional with all the necessary amenities, had a good location, and communication with the host went smoothly.

After booking for work, I tried to get in touch with them and they told me the room was not available and to find another place; Booking didn’t resolve the issue. The room was not available.

The location was optimal and the listing photos were accurate; the hosts were very helpful with flexible check‑out times and changes to the number of guests. The communication via the platform wasn’t ideal, as it wasn’t always quick and clear, whether through Booking or even WhatsApp; for a short stay a prompt reply is necessary, and the phone apparently isn’t a resource.
