The hotel is stunning, set in a colonial‑style building that feels both tasteful and charming. Even though I didn’t swim, the pool offers a welcome splash and the tropical garden is lovely and soothing. The view matches the photos perfectly, and the place is utterly quiet—no noise at all, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day touring Angkor. No complaints.

“A lovely peaceful retreat to go back after exploring temples”

The location is great for visiting temples and checking out the town at night. The evenings are very quiet, and the green trees and garden add to the ambience; the swimming pool is clean and lovely. The only downside is that there’s no coffee available in the morning.

The staff are friendly, kind, and helpful, and the room comes with all the usual amenities. However, the door lock is broken, so I couldn’t close it from the inside, and the pool was not mentioned as an issue.

When I viewed your listing and reviews , everything looked great. However, upon arrival, I was disappointed to see that the reality does not match the advertisement. 1. The booking advertisement stated “entire villa with 12 bedrooms,” but this is in fact a hotel with separate rooms. As a result, our family is split into different rooms, which is not suitable for social interaction or gathering as we had expected. 2. My children were especially excited to use the swimming pool, but it was not properly maintained. The water was murky and dirty, and chlorine was just added this evening, which prevented us from enjoying the pool. Additionally, some tiles were coming loose, making it unsafe for the children to walk or swim. 3. We discovered large spiders, lizards, and cockroaches in our room, which has left the children very frightened and unable to sleep comfortably
