Courtyard Shreveport Airport

The staff are wonderful and you feel welcome, but the room needs more attention on the cleaning.

“I read the reviews and was skeptical about staying there but I was in town for my sorority’s conference and many other t”

Everything was very very nice… it was clean, the room was nice, and I was very impressed; the tub could be upgraded or turned into a standing shower, but other than that, it was great!

“Will not stay here again, poor customer service and false expectations”

I like that the rooms were clean, but we asked for clean tiles from a housekeeper who was working on our floor; we saw her leave for the day and no one brought us tiles, so we had to go ask the front desk clerk. The website stated there was a restaurant on site that served breakfast, but according to staff at the front desk, they decided not to show, so we had to go elsewhere for breakfast.

My stay was somewhat disappointing due to a couple of issues. The shower water was lukewarm at best, and there was an unpleasant smell, likely caused by the ongoing construction work.
