The Sarotla is surprisingly quiet even though it’s right in the middle of town, making it a great base for hikes. After a day on the trails, the spa is a real treat – especially the cozy “hay‑rest” room that feels like a cabin. We also liked that there’s a separate adults‑only spa. The only downside was the cocktail list at night – it could use more variety.

The staff were super friendly, and they let us keep our dog in a garden room. The bed was decent, but I still woke up feeling a bit restless.

The location is perfect, just across from the gondola. Rooms were clean, beds comfy, and the breakfast had a wide selection. The spa area is gorgeous with a panoramic window overlooking the valley. The only hiccup was our side‑building room – the balcony looked over the garage roof and a bar below, though the windows kept the noise out.
