The place was clean and the staff were helpful. We booked a queen suite with a sofa online, but it was unavailable, so they gave us a king suite instead, which was spacious.

Overall, the stay was very good. I rented the meeting room, but they couldn't locate the speaker, so we had to use the microphone instead.

The carpets had stains in a few spots, and the toilet flush chain broke; it took 2‑1/2 hours for someone to come fix it, costing me time I could have spent with my family. I had to stay behind waiting for maintenance.
