Kar's Hotel

“Super”

The hotel sits in a historic building and feels very classy; the room was spacious and comfortable with a huge bed, and the heating worked fine in early October. Breakfast was outstanding, featuring a selection of cheeses and Kars honey, and the portions were generous. A compact, creamy crème fraîche was a delightful surprise. The staff were attentive, and the night was completely silent. There was no parking, but finding a spot on the street was no problem. I give it a perfect 10.0/10.

“Best hotel in Kars (and we compared a few)”

Having stayed in many hotels around Kars, this place really stands out; its location is ideal, right next to a quiet side street that links the city centre to the castle. Cleanliness and design are top‑level, with everything functioning properly and no damage, and the décor is sophisticated. The staff are very professional and the food is excellent. It’s hard to imagine why other hotels can’t reach this standard of hospitality. The price was very reasonable, and I’ll definitely book the suite again next time. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant service was very good. We chose a family room on the roof, so the ceiling was low, the windows were small, and the glass had no curtains, which was a bit uncomfortable.

“Perfect.”

This charming little hotel impressed us; our rooms were large, comfortable, and beautifully furnished, and the toiletries were of high quality. The view from the hotel overlooked the castle, which was a pleasant surprise. We were very pleased with the overall experience.

The place was very nice, impeccably clean, and quiet. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly with surprisingly good English. They provided a perfect stay in Kars, and the bed was so comfortable that we slept soundly.
