Very good. Very good

The tea didn't arrive until 8 am, the bed felt uncomfortable, and they only refilled a used plastic bottle instead of giving fresh bottled water.

“Good room size but extremely disappointing service — definitely not a 4-star experience.”

The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. The service was very poor — reception didn’t answer calls at night, requests for an extra bed or a firm mattress were ignored even after follow‑ups, and overall it doesn’t meet 4‑star standards; the lift is also too small.

The stay was very comfortable, but the facility still needs renovation.
