Location, motorcycle rental at the hotel, and apparently the staff are helpful and 24‑hour. The pool was very dirty and we couldn’t swim; the room door was broken and we complained several times; one day someone entered the room while we were inside; construction noise at 02:00 am claiming they were working. The worst was that when we booked transport to the hotel we were made to wait half an hour while we complained, the pick‑up person told us he had been called 10 minutes earlier, having booked the previous day, with a broken AI system. We ended up missing our flight and the front‑desk lady only lied, saying she would arrive in 5 minutes, but she hadn’t called. When we asked what we could do if we missed the flight she said it didn’t matter. I would not recommend this place; they made us miss a flight and did not apologise.

“Great Location & Wonderful Stay”

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel; the location is very convenient and close to everything, especially in the evening. The hotel itself is wonderful and definitely worth the price. The room matched the pictures exactly, which was a great plus. Most importantly, the staff were super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

A typical Siargao property right in the centre, just a few minutes by scooter from General Luna and Cloud 9. The pool was sparkling clean, the bed comfy, and the air‑conditioner ran quietly. Wi‑Fi was strong and reliable. They arranged airport transfers in a van and offered scooter rentals, which are essential for getting around. On the downside, at the end of the rental they accused us of scratching the underside of a scooter even though we hadn’t fallen—take photos before you rent. A huge cockroach, already mentioned in other reviews, managed to get into our unit one afternoon, likely because the cleaning crew left the door open; keep it shut. Housekeeping only comes every three days, unless you pay extra for daily service. So if you’re very particular, this might not be the best choice, but for a nature‑immersed stay that’s the price you pay.
