The location was incredible, the hotel was very well preserved, comfortable, and very pleasant. The breakfast was excellent and pretty.

The hotel was clean and quiet, and the lagoon feels like the hotel’s own pool; it’s not right next to Bacalar’s center, but staying by the lagoon more than makes up for the distance.

I had an excellent experience at Aldea 19 Bacalar; the front‑of‑lagoon location is simply privileged, perfect for watching sunrise and connecting with nature in a totally peaceful setting. The staff’s friendliness and attention to detail made the stay comfortable and welcoming from start to finish. Definitely a place I’d recommend for rest and enjoying Bacalar’s magic.
