The breakfast was good, but I would have preferred it outdoors since there was a nice view; the sauna area felt a bit neglected.
The room sits directly above a very busy street day and night, and without air conditioning I had to keep the windows open at night, so the noise from motorcycles and cars was quite disturbing.
Everything was fine; no complaints.

We were back for a second visit and received a free upgraded, newly renovated room; the family runs the lovely hotel and is renovating step by step to a modern standard, and the pool is unusually large for a hotel of this size, so we’ll return; the breakfast is good and the staff very friendly, though the spread could be wider—there are only scrambled eggs and a bit of sausage, mostly sweets, which is typical Italian and fine, just a suggestion for improvement, otherwise we were very satisfied.

Cleanliness, staff professionalism, and food were all fine, but the terrace outside was not well utilized.
