“非常不滿意 惡劣至極”

The owner’s attitude was extremely bad and rude, they kicked us out immediately and we couldn’t communicate. We had to find another place on the spot. The owner said they didn’t welcome guests who drove in, so we had to bring our luggage down the main road and walk into the hotel without stopping at the door to avoid disturbing anyone. The owner was very upset, took our key away, told us we weren’t allowed to stay, and told us to move our stuff out right away. It was very impolite and showed no regard for our feelings; we had to find another place to stay and they didn’t even refund us. The place was cozy and the staff were always friendly and ready to help, but I wish there were more menu options.

“Overall an excellent choice for single travelers looking for Mountain/Ski/Snowboard exp.”

The owner was super friendly and helpful, arranging my ski gear and tweaking everything to my liking. The bed, pillows, and duvet were all comfortable. The location was spot on—right near Nagasaka Gondola, the ski system, downtown, restaurants, shops, and an onsen. The only downside was that there was no shower in the room, and, like most places, everything felt a bit small.
