The room’s location was superb and it came fully equipped with a fridge, kettle, and everything else we could need, so I liked everything.

The spot was fine and the breakfast decent, but at 12 am staff knocked on the door of the room next to ours, shouted “this is your wake‑up call,” and the door slammed so loudly that the beds felt hard.

The hotel was very good, with excellent facilities, an amazing breakfast buffet, and friendly, professional staff, and its location was convenient for sightseeing, though street noise was noticeable and the breakfast room felt crowded.

“Great location with excellent staff.”

Cresta Grande has great location, excellent breakfast and most helpful staff. The staff member we asked to get us a taxi'uber who just got one of his friends to take us to an airport hotel for more than double what we had paid to get to the hotel on arrival. Not good!
