The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, but the room had no balcony and the elevator was often out of service.

The staff were friendly and attentive, but even though I requested a non‑smoking room, it was terribly smelling of cigarette smoke. I tried sleeping with the window open, but the smell was irritating; they refused to change my room. They did ventilate the room and replace the pillows, but the odor had seeped in, so I couldn't sleep well and had to leave the hotel that night. The shower head in the bathroom was limescaled and didn’t provide enough water flow, making showers uncomfortable.

The hotel was welcoming, but the lift was often out of service and I ended up stuck in it.
