Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Westford

The place felt like home, super comfy, no complaints at all.

“Great value and location.”

The location was great and the studio room was cozy; the basketball court and free breakfast were big pluses. The pool wasn’t heated and the pull‑out bed was uncomfortable.

“OVERALL GREAT LOCATION for family fun”

I liked the amenities, the pool, the grill, and the basketball court—my family had a blast together. The staff weren’t very professional or helpful; the front desk didn’t have the crib that my confirmation said would be ready and they didn’t try to find one. The front desk lady charged me twice on two cards for the same room and promised a refund, but five days later I still haven’t gotten it back, ruining my cousin’s wedding weekend because I was out $500 the whole time. Breakfast was decent, but the food table was always empty and the waffles kept getting stuck in the old makers even with spray.

“The stay was pleasant, but I have not received my refund.”

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The living space had a kitchen, which I didn’t use but appreciated having. I accidentally double‑booked a room and when I tried to cancel one through the third‑party site, I was told Residence Inn hadn’t responded and I haven’t received a refund yet.

“Smelly and disappointing”

Not much to say. The staff were not very friendly. We found trash outside the room in the hallway the night we checked in, and it was still there at 8 am, 5 pm, and 11 pm. It disappeared in the early morning after I posted a negative Google review. The hotel smells of old cigarettes and the hallways smell like urine.
