The location is fantastic and the hosts are very friendly. Those who are used to having a fan or AC will have a hard time with the heat because the humidity is high and there is only one tiny window; the shower inside has no hook, so you have to hold it in your hand while showering, which is a small sign that the room maintenance is neglected.

The welcome was exceptional and the generosity was something I rarely see; I recommend going there with your eyes closed! The only drawback was the lack of air conditioning in the room.

“Riad muy acogedor y muy bien situado”

The staff were very attentive and offered help and services that weren’t included. It felt very cozy, though the cleanliness and order could be improved.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and kind, treating us like family with juice, tea, and water late into the night. Their flexibility, friendliness, charisma, and love were evident. The breakfast was amazing, with a huge table of sweets, msemen, tea, coffee, and a tortilla. They sent us off with another cup of tea, leaving us reluctant to leave! Visually it’s a family‑run riad, humble without luxury, located right in the Medina itself, close to all shops, tram, and taxi!

“Nada nada recomendable”

The location is good, but I would not return because the place is totally unhygienic. The room was dirty, the bathroom had hair in the pool and under the beds, and the pillows smelled awful so we had to use our own shirts. We ate breakfast on the first day, but the next days we chose to eat on the street because we couldn’t even sit in the lobby—it was dirty and smelly, all disorganized. The staff are friendly, but instead of sitting or lying on the sofa for hours they should be cleaning or tidying the facilities.
