We stayed in this gem while visiting Armenia with my husband and sister; we never regretted it. The place is cozy, spotless, and full of little touches—fresh toiletries, tea and coffee on demand. The kitchen served home‑style meals that were amazing, and the staff were gold, always ready to help with taxis, tips, and restaurant recommendations.

The hotel is fantastic, right in the middle of everything; you can stroll to Republic Square, Vernissage, and North Prospect and enjoy the sights. The staff are attentive, friendly, and genuinely kind, which adds to the value. Thanks to everyone, hope the place keeps thriving.

“Ночь в Ереване”

The staff were very courteous, but the room was in rough shape—shabby, with a leaking shower tap, and the noise from the hallway during breakfast made it hard to sleep.

The place is in a great spot, within walking distance to the main city attractions and free of pets. However, first‑floor rooms face the lobby, so early‑night guests hear phone calls and chatter, and the air‑conditioner only goes down to 16°C, which feels like a fan. The shower stall is poorly designed—no drain, a short curtain, and water splashes all over, so showering is a bit of a chore.
