I don’t like anything. The house owner has no responsibility. I booked the room in advance. However, when I arrived, the room was rented to another guide. This act is a kind of having no responsibility. It could be that renting to another was somewhat more expensive, I think. After I booked with confirmation and scheduled my arrival time, the request was rejected. The owner just said they didn’t have the room with air conditioning left, but the room with a fan. I didn’t reply yet since I was driving to the house. It was around 6 min drive from where I was and the house. When I arrived, I took all my luggage out of the car and walked to ask for the key, but the owner told me that they didn’t have room left. This act is so bad. They shouldn’t have called me and informed me, but they didn’t. So bad. My holiday was canceled, and I had to drive back to Phnom Phèn during the night because I couldn’t find another room because every house was full too. Other guests shouldn’t go to this house. Thanks!
