The location was good, but the hotel really deserves a renovation, especially the wellness area.

“Noisy and sticky fingers”

The hotel sits right next to a main road, so the traffic noise is unbearable at night and you can’t turn off the AC or open the balcony door without hearing it; I left an expensive beard trimmer in my room, called the hotel to ask if they found it, and after more than 24 hours they replied that the housekeeping team had found nothing—blaming the housekeeping team, which is shady; it’s disappointing because a receptionist could have checked the room in minutes, and this is the first time I’ve experienced such a lack of assistance with a lost item, leaving a very bad impression of the overall customer care.

The staff, location and breakfast were great, but the room’s furnishings and cleanliness left something to be desired.

The staff’s friendliness impressed me the most; when I fell ill on the holiday, the receptionist Anna arranged immediate medication for me, and our garden‑side room was very quiet. With the help of the stairlift, my severely disabled wife could reach the room without any trouble, so we can recommend this hotel with confidence.
