“It was ok”
Breakfast was good. I wasn’t thrilled with our room because we wanted a private bedroom and an open‑space layout.
“Well located with excellent amenities!”
Breakfast was excellent with many different items each day, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. No negative points.
“Dissapponting. We pay a lot of money and we were not satisfied with the cleanliness”
The room layout was spot on, but the facilities weren’t cleaned or stocked properly.
“I had an excellent time. I have used this place many times in the past and I have always been satisfied”
Everything was well kept, clean, and parking was easy. The pool, gym, and breakfast were great, and the rooms were very spacious. I was surprised to have to pay for parking through an app; it wasn’t mentioned when I booked, though the cost was reasonable. It might help to offer front‑desk payment.
“Watch your invoice!”
Three beers were added to my bill by mistake, and the front desk kept pressing me to remove them even though I never bought them, acting as if I was lying. When I asked how they handle alcohol purchases, they said they don’t have to card people and warned me to watch my invoice because they might be scamming guests. Parking also costs extra.
