“Our car got damaged during our stay”

I parked my car in front of the lodge and the paint from the building splashed onto my brand‑new XUV 700. Who will cover the cost to remove the paint and clean it? Please advise a solution; I can provide photos if needed.

“Overall a bad experience and I would say it’s not worth it.”

Only the proximity to the temple is what I like about the property. The rooms were not well maintained; bathrooms were unhygienic and stinking, and the ACs were old and ineffective—one room's AC leaked water heavily and started smelling. Blankets were smelly and dusty, not well washed, and towels were not given until asked for.

The service was terrible from the moment I opened the door; the staff looked sleepy and rowdy, and the guy who answered the phone was careless and offered only a small, inaccurate response that didn’t match the booked list. I felt it was a complete waste of money, with no service at all, cramped rooms because of high demand, and the service staff looked awful—like a drunkard with lazy behavior.
