Lindartún Guesthouse

The cottage was tidy and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Good contact with the owners. Even though we arrived after 20, there was no problem with accommodation. We stayed for one night, but it was still very pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the temperature was optimal, even though it was early October.

Really lovely self‑catering cottage, very comfortable, with views to the hills in the distance. The quiet area suited us.

“大致還行，房門鎖不起來跟跳電大扣分”

Public kitchen (fee required) but fully equipped; the downside: it cannot be used in the morning. Room 7: the door lock wouldn’t work, the shower tripped the power twice, it was pitch dark outside at night, and a bunch of stairs made me fall and get injured.

“Very comfortable and pleasant place to stay.”

Lovely room, comfortable and nicely furnished. The bathroom was beautifully spacious and clean. Check‑in was easy. We thought the kitchen was available as it was described as a shared kitchen, however there was a charge to use it and it was not available in the morning even if you paid, so we left without making our breakfast.

Large and modern camera, parking. It’s a pity they don’t offer breakfast… I only heard the owner by phone for directions and the room number. But I think that’s fairly common here in Iceland.
