For the price I paid, the stay was decent: quiet, all the basics were there, and the city centre and the parking park were within walking distance. However, construction around the hotel made it hard to find, the overall vibe was not very positive, the entrance to the room was scary because it opened into a dark basement, and the room itself lacked proper ventilation.

“Flippant !”

The neighbourhood was under major works, and the hotel staff told me I could park on a no‑entry lane and on zebra crossings right in front of the impound notice sign, which was reassuring at night. Getting into the room involved a dark basement corridor, damp smell, uneven floor, uncomfortable steps, and a door that had to be pulled up at the top—very convenient! Honestly, it was scary.

For such a low price, the cleanliness and meticulous attention to detail in the décor surprised us.
