The hotel is lovely, clean, and cozy. The pool is warm. Spa services are not included in the price, and the room temperature cannot be adjusted by guests. A third adult pays the regular price and sleeps on a folding bed.

The hotel is nicely located for exploring the Triglav area, but some staff are uninterested or rude, especially at breakfast. The lady running breakfast ignored us at first, then later pointed out in a condescending manner that we had chosen the wrong table in an almost empty restaurant. If you work in a four‑star hotel, you should at least be polite to guests who are unaware of your "rules". I left feeling very unpleasant.

Everything is tidy and clean, and everyone was very kind. The dinner selection could have been slightly larger.
