The room was spotlessly clean and the bed super comfy. It came with a spacious terrace that was perfect for morning coffee. The area around the property is very quiet, about 200 metres from Lake Balaton. The owner is a very communicative lady who gives clear advice to tourists and speaks English fluently. Parking is free, ample, and located in the courtyard. No complaints.

Agnes is an exceptionally friendly host. The apartment is immaculately clean. The room is small but very cute with a very comfortable double bed. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. The spacious balcony is great for coffee and breakfast. The apartment is a superb location just steps from Lake Balaton. Everything is fine!

The price was good. The rooms were very small, air conditioning was an extra charge, and the bedding didn't smell good.

A small dog greets guests in the courtyard. The apartment is spotless. The trees provide a pleasant, shady environment; the room faces north, so the sun doesn’t blaze, making the air conditioner almost unnecessary. (Because of the darkness, stronger bulbs in the kitchen and bathroom would be helpful for glasses wearers.) The coffee machine selection is excessive! There are many sockets, so you can charge all gadgets at once. The reading lamp above the bed is a perfect find! The mosquito net is great! The room is small but ideal for solo travelers. If you love each other, you can squeeze two people in it. Breakfast on the balcony, fresh air, enjoying the trees, or even doing yoga is possible. It’s close to the free beach, the busier part of the shore, the city centre, and the train station, yet the neighbourhood is quiet. The balcony shares a low parapet with the neighbouring apartment, so noisy neighbours, late‑night TV‑watching guests, and uncultured people can negatively affect your comfort.
