Location. The room is not cleaned every day and the bed cover is not replaced unless requested. No free RO drinking water available, you have to buy from them. No handwash, soap is given. Geyser switch is controlled from reception, you have to request them to turn it now every time you need geyser water

I'm still fuming about my stay at this hotel - the management is literally disgusting, run by a couple of clueless guys who clearly have no idea how to run a hotel. The place itself is awful, pretty much everything about it is just wrong. I don't even know how they stay in business.

What is the meaning of booking if they have to say that there is no room. I dont want to use this application anymore
