My stay at this hotel was fantastic, with clean rooms, a lovely pool, and a great location close to Baga. The staff, particularly Mr. Anil, were incredibly helpful and added to the overall positive experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I enjoyed the breakfast and pool at this hotel, they were definitely highlights of my stay. However, there were some other aspects that didn't quite meet my expectations.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel, which started with a delayed check-in due to their 11 am check-in time despite asking us to wait until 1 pm. The old building's condition was evident in the dirty bathrooms and broken floor tiles, and the staff's lack of assistance was frustrating, especially when I needed help with a rental scooter delivery for my father. The absence of a lift made it difficult for me and my parents to navigate with our large luggage.
